Mr. Gunn is an entertaining and insightful speaker. A board certified trial attorney practicing in Tampa, he is now a plaintiff’s attorney in cases involving substantial loss. He formerly defended insurance companies, hospitals and corporations for 17 years. Mr. Gunn has worked with experts extensively from both sides and shares that accumulated wisdom in this presentation. Additionally, he prepared a handout for attendees covering "The Roles of Experts in Litigation," "Factors Lawyers Look for When Choosing an Expert," "Expert Discovery," and "Admissibility of Expert Testimony."
